Portugaleteko Aisialdi Sarea have been involved in several European youth programs funded by Erasmus+and European Solidarity Corps Programs and our organization is gaining more experience in developing youth programs regionally and internationally since the first program in 2017.
Portugaleteko Aisialdi Sarea builds upon the experiences and skills acquired by participating in study visits from 2010 together with our umbrella entity Kiribil Sarea and above all on the experiences developed in the different exchanges, solidarity projects and volunteer proposals.
We are currently expanding our proposals for young people of new European projects and offering information and real opportunities in the Erasmus+ and European Solidatity Corps programs for young people from Portugalete.

These are the two volunteer offers with deadline on July 25, 2025:
1. PORTUGALETE – EUROPEAN VOLUNTEERING 2025 (EU PROJECTS)
The main objectives of the project within the entity’s strategy for the development of European programs for young people in the municipality are:
– To Promote and contribute to the value of the youth volunteering in the municipality
– To offer the opportunities of the European Solidarity Corps and Erasmus+ programs to the youth of the municipality in all areas
– To acquire new volunteer management skills, which is the cornerstone of the entity
– Improve the quality of the services and proposals directed at our member groups and the community in general

2. PORTUGALETE – EUROPEAN VOLUNTEERING 2025 (SUPPORT ENTITY. COMUNNITY AND YOUTHWORK)
The main objective of volunteering is to support volunteers and the activities and projects organized by our organization (Portugaleteko Aisialdi Sarea – PAS) and its member groups (leisure time groups and scouts).
– Gathering the groups’ needs: support for activities, volunteer management, presence, etc.
– Developing the agreed-upon work plan for each organization and project.
– Support for PAS activities: start-of-year activities (September-October), intergenerational day (October), annual assembly (November), International Volunteer Day (December), training day (March), Easter camps (April), teen and youth weekend (February and May), end-of-year party (May), summer programs (June and July), and other activities as they arise.
– Review and draft the «PAS Volunteer Support Plan» with the organization’s core team and project team.
– Connecting the organization’s activities and projects to community development proposals.
