Day 2 of Belfast Exchange in Portugalete 2022

Hoy martes es el segundo día de intercambio en Portugalete. Nos hemos despertado a las 9 y después de una ducha hemos ido a desayunar al Pando.

Después, hemos sido recibidos por el alcalde en el ayuntamiento y nos ha dado la bienvenida a Portugalete.

Para terminar la mañana, hemos visitado las instalaciones del aula joven y nos han explicado las ventajas de esta experiencia y del «youth pass» mientras realizábamos actividades para conocernos mejor. Tras comer en Pando y tener un rato de tiempo libre nos hemos disfrutado de un paseo en kayak a lo largo de la ría. Finalmente, hemos hecho una pequeña evaluación del día y preparado las actividades del día siguiente. Para cenar hemos tenido comida típica española y después de esto nos hemos ido a dormir.

Today Tuesday is the second day of exchange in Portugalete. We have woken up at 9 o’clock and after a shower we have gone to have breakfast at Pando.

Afterwards, we have been received by the mayor at the town hall and he has welcomed us to Portugalete.

To end the morning, we visited the facilities of the youth classroom and the advantages of this experience and the «youth pass» were explained to us while we carried out activities to get to know each other better. After eating in Pando and having some free time, we enjoyed a kayak ride along the estuary. Finally, we have made a small evaluation of the day and prepared the activities for the following day. For dinner we have had typical Spanish food and after this we have gone to sleep.
